What did you struggle with most when you moved to a desk-sharing work environment?
Learning the protocols. However, once I knew them and how to use each space, I had no problem embracing the desk-sharing work environment.

The key element to success on a project is transparency. Giving employees only half an answer to their question, or no answer at all will never gain their trust.
What’s one myth of the “open office” you wish people understood better?
“Open office” doesn’t mean sitting in a sea of workstations! To have a well-designed open office you need to provide an eco-system of spaces, so that employees have choice and control on how they get their best work completed.
